The LDP-QCW-II 600-120 is a compact and highly efficient current driver engineered to power high-performance laser diodes in quasi-continuous wave (QCW) operation.
Delivering currents up to 600 A and output voltages up to 120 V, this driver achieves an impressive peak power of 72 kW – setting new benchmarks for power density and efficiency in its class.
Thanks to its single supply voltage design, both the control logic and power stage are powered efficiently, reducing system complexity. Control and configuration are easily managed via a standard RS-232 interface, allowing all parameters to be precisely adjusted for optimal operation.
The LDP-QCW-II 600-120 features an integrated pulse generation capability, eliminating the need for an external pulse generator and enabling flexible, standalone operation.
