Q.ANT is a high-tech startup driving quantum technology, founded in 2018. Q.ANT’s vision is to improve the quality of how machines analyze their environment, how people process information, and how humans think. To reach this vision, Q.ANT develops quantum sensors and quantum computing chips based on its Quantum Photonic Framework. Focusing on the four product lines of Photonic Computing, Particle Metrology, Atomic Gyroscopes and Magnetic Sensing, the company engages with a broad array of industries and applications ranging all the way from medical technology and autonomous vehicles to aerospace, machinery, and the process industry. Q.ANT employs more than 60 people at its site in Stuttgart/Southern Germany.

Q.ANT industrializes quantum technology for the fields of sensor technology and computing with the help of innovative photonic processes. Quantum sensors enable measurements that were not technically feasible until now. Quantum effects make it possible to perceive details that previously remained hidden. Quantum computers can solve tasks that are unsolvable for conventional computers today as their computing processes can network many tasks simultaneously. This enables them to solve very complex problems more efficiently and faster. Q.ANT Q.P Particle Sensor

Q.ANT Q.P Particle Sensors enable particle detection and characterisation in real-time for direct process control. Based on photonic quantum technology, Q.ANT Q.P Particle Sensors generate vastly more valuable data about the measured particles for a simultaneous measurement of particle size, speed and direction and the AI-based classification of particle shape. A customizable process interface and dedicated software APIs based on open standards enable the on-line integration of the sensor.
