The Qseries detects wavelengths from the ultraviolet (UV) range at 190 nm up to 1700 nm in the near-infrared (NIR) region.

The QtubeSpectrometer fits into process pipes & adjusts to the optical setup with or without fiber. The integrated electronics takes care about all sensor timings & provides quick results via a UART interface.

Broadcom® is offering a wide range of different SPAD- and SiPM technologies all of them tailored towards specific applications and with the target to achieve best-in-class performance. Two different SiPM-families are available covering wavelength ranges:

- near-ultraviolet to visible, i.e. the NUV-MT technology, optimized for medical & industrial applications and
