Most popular seed driver now fully digitally controlled
The BFS-VRM 03 got one of the high runners in the PicoLAS portfolio. However, we listen to our customers and try to implement all wishes. The existing version required an external and analog controlling signal which is translated to the desired current. We now integrated this driving stage into the seeder making this highspeed external DAC obsolete. Get all data point downloaded to the brand new BFS-VDIG 03 and just trigger. The new design has got a much higher flexibility in terms of the applied biasing current. Furthermore, the current
sagging of the automatic gain control at longer pulses is history. The pulse-to-pulse stability is now better than 10-4. 10-6 can be achieved upon request. The best news might be the much reduced price, which is less than 40% compared to the standard set-up of the existing solution.
