CryLaS offers narrow linewidth DUV cw lasers at 266 nm. Various models of the FQCW266 series cover an output power range from 10 mW up to 1 W. The lasers are fully sealed and allow hands-free operation in OEM applications and sophisticated research setups. Typical applications include semiconductor inspection, UV Raman spectroscopy, photo luminescence, and optical metrology.
CryLaS offers the Q-series of compact, diode pumped UV lasers with wavelengths from 355 to 213 nm. Pulse width is around 1 ns with energies up to 40 µJ and peak power up to 40 kW. Applications include MALDI-TOF and UV-PD mass spectroscopy, micro dissection, UV photo ablation, as well as photo luminescence and UV Raman spectroscopy.
