Broadcom® is offering a wide range of different SPAD- and SiPM technologies all of them tailored towards specific applications and with the target to achieve best-in-class performance. Two different SiPM-families are available covering wavelength ranges:

Within this incredibly small design, the QtubeSpectrometer is the perfect spectral sensor for inline or online analytics.
With a wavelength range of 190 to 1000 nm it covers a wide range of applications, especially water quality measurements.

The spectrometer is optimized for premium performance in the lower UV range.
The QtubeSpectrometer is designed for tight and robust integration in harsh industrial environments with low temperature dependency.
It adapts directly to an optical setup and can be used with or without an optical fiber.

Integrated electronics take care of sensor timing and provide quick results via a UART interface.
