The TIDAS® UV/NIR and Raman diode array spectrometers enable new approaches in research, development and routine analysis. Due to the flexibility of the fiber optic system, a huge program of measurement cells, immersion probes and measurement heads is available to enable applications like concentration measurements in liquids, powders and pastes, determination of film thickness or color measurements.
TIDAS® Process Analyzers are based on fiber optic spectroscopy and provide sensitive and precise results within a short time, allowing the monitoring of fast process variations even in harsh environments. Different analyzers are available for monitoring e.g. cleaning process in pharmaceutical industry or moisture content in various products.
TIDAS® OEM components are designed based on J&M expertise according your user requirements embedding proven components for UV/VIS, NIR or Raman spectroscopy into your product, thereby reducing the development risk and time-to-market.
TIDAS® OEM ASPEN Electronics
ASPEN is a new platform for universal data acquisition and processing for different sensor devices – NMOS, CCD, InGaAs, PD, APD and PMT.
The Advanced Sensor and Processor Electronic with Network interface (ASPEN) is a universal spectrometer electronics family used for data acquisition with different sensor types:
› NMOS detectors in the UV and VIS range
› InGaAs diode arrays for the NIR range
› CCD sensors for low light applications
TIDAS® OEM Multiplexer
The multiplexer allows the switching of multiple optical channels without any moving optical parts, providing a high level of reproducibility and reliability of measurement results. They are available for the UV, VIS and the NIR wavelength range. The multiplexers are used within applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
TIDAS® OEM Detectors
Fiber-optimized diode array detectors and numerous different single wave detectors for the UV/VIS/NIR wavelength range are available for diverse spectroscopic applications. J&M offers detectors based on diode array technology as well as single wavelength detectors such as photomultiplier tubes for the UV/NIR wavelength range. The spectrometer electronics are designed to fit exactly to the diode arrays, resulting in combination with the ASPEN electronics and very low signal to noise ratios.
